Return & Exchange Period

• Product dissatisfaction: Requests must be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt.

The first step to request an exchange or return is to contact our Customer Support team at:

📦 Conditions for Returns Due to Dissatisfaction

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

• Show no signs of use

• Be returned in the same condition as received

• Include the original packaging, including postal packaging and shipping label

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm compliance with the return conditions. After approval, you may choose one of the following options:

• Exchange for another product available in our store

• Refund of the product amount paid
  (Shipping costs are non-refundable when the delivered product is correct and in perfect condition.)

🛠 Warranty Policy

All products sold at Nena Stock include a 14-day warranty, starting from the date the product is received.

To activate the warranty, the customer must provide proof of the defect by submitting:

• A video of up to 1 minute clearly showing the issue
  or

• Clear photos that demonstrate the defect

In both cases, the product’s original packaging (including the shipping label) must be visible in the video or images.

⚠️ Important Information

• All products are dermatologically tested and hypoallergenic.

• Individual allergic reactions to product ingredients may occur and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend reviewing the product composition before use.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow product instructions.
