All products available at NenaStock are shipped directly from our suppliers in the United States, Brazil and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Purchases made by credit card are processed within 3 business days and purchases made by bank slip within 7 business days.

The delivery time throughout the country is 7 - 15 days, but our customers always receive their order within an average of 10 business days.

In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few more days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, and other situations beyond our control. The delivery time varies according to the agility of the Post Office, which can vary greatly from region to region.

If the stipulated time has passed without receiving the merchandise, we will contact the agents involved in the process (transporters, customs and the Post Office) to find out where your merchandise is. However, if the merchandise is not received within 90 days, we will refund your FULL purchase!

Despite the extended delivery time, we guarantee that you will love it and it will be worth the wait! And if you don't love it when it arrives, we also have a return policy so that you don't feel dissatisfied in any way.

Please note that you may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, as this is completely normal.

After your merchandise has been shipped internationally, you will receive a tracking code in the email or cell phone provided in your registration. (Tracking information may take up to 7 days to be available for consultation)

IMPORTANT General Conditions

Delivery not made - Incorrect address or no postman at the address
The NenaStock Store will arrange for the products to be sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any problems with the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address where you want to receive your order, so that it is not filled in incorrectly or incompletely. Our system automatically processes orders based on the address provided. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

It is important that you provide the means for delivery to be made to the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) delivery attempts and the product is returned to the Post Office, you will have to pick up the order at the nearest Post Office. All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store. Storage fees are charged if the package is not picked up within 7 calendar days. If the recipient of the order does not pick it up, according to Post Office rules, the package will be returned to the sender, and the customer will have to pay a new shipping fee to resend the product. If the customer cancels the purchase and does not accept the reshipment, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded minus the shipping cost (even if the item was purchased under a Free Shipping promotion), considering that NenaStock was charged twice for shipping, when sending to the requested address and when returning to the supplier.

In some cases, there is no postman at the address, so the customer must pick up the merchandise at the nearest post office, which will be indicated on the tracking page on the post office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

Recipient Absent
Make sure that there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The post office makes three attempts to deliver the products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the post office closest to the address, and, in this case, the recipient of the package will have to pick it up at the post office within 7 calendar days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

There may be a slight variation in color due to each user's monitor, which may vary by one or two shades (lighter or darker) from the actual color of the product.

Customs: Our store fulfills all the documentation requirements so that the product can be sent to your home free of charge. Instances of taxed products are rare but may occur. The amount will be paid by the buyer when picking up the product at the Post Office. This amount is refundable in credits for new purchases in the store.
